- 24 hours-a-day, two weeks prior and two weeks post due date.
- A partner doula may be arranged to provide back-up.

- offering help and advice on comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, movement, and positioning.
- assisting the mother and her partner in becoming informed about the course of labor and their options.
- providing continuous emotional reassurance and comfort.
- Immediate postpartum support (usually 1-2 hours or as needed).

- All services above included for only $500.
- Special Package: $700 for both Birth Doula Services and 10 hours of daytime Postpartum Doula Services ($50 discount).
As a doula, I do not perform medical tasks or offer medical advice. I do not make decisions for my clients or client's family.
